The Intergalactic Frockey League  is open to male and female players ages18 and up who have the combined ice skating and flying disc skills needed to play Frockey "Flying Disc Hockey".

Teams will be player managed and financed,  

All entry fees will be used to support league organization, promotion and growth, including an annual championship tournament.
